Pariveda uses HolocracyOne and GlassFrog to support company culture. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I energize the Lead Link role for the Philadelphia office's Culture Circle. In this role, I help lead, promote, and reinforce the culture that makes the Philly office unique. I have organized office events, started clubs, and ensured that everyone has a multitude of vehicles to stay connected during virtual times.
I am also the Customer Experience (CX) Insight Lead for Pariveda. In this role I help keep the Pariveda CX Community up to speed on the latest CX trends and technologies.
In early 2020, I recognized and acknowledged a crucial problem in university research. Recruitment methodologies and processes for social research studies are at a high risk of having biases that severely impact the integrity of the study, as well as the societal decisions that are made as a result.
I took action by building a team comprised of three software engineers, a solutions architect, and an office vice president. I led our team through rigorous research efforts to uncover key problem spaces in the research lifecycle where bias can be introduced unbeknownst to the researcher.
As a result, we determined how we can use technology to help bring transparency and awareness to the research process via a comprehensive data delivery capability.
We took the resulting assertion of the problem and insight into a solution and presented it to a major university in Pennsylvania and it is currently setting the foundation for a future contract.
In January 2017, I was interviewed and selected to be in the ASRC Federal Mission Solutions Leadership Development Program. Below are some of the areas to which I had exposure, and in which I had acting roles:

Integration and Test
All phases of the Program Management Lifecycle from Initiation to Closeout
