"Scott Howard is being recognized for his outstanding support of the MAPS project where he has excelled in all phases of the project. Scott has gained new experiences and shown growth in writing requirements based upon the customer's needs, modeling high level and detailed level designs, writing formal test plans and procedures much like Engineering Test & Evaluation (ET&E), and developing software. Scott has travelled numerous times to Orlando, FL to meet with Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control and TARDEC to develop requirements based upon the customer's needs. Understanding what the customer is asking for a system to do without being provided a set of requirements is what makes MAPS a unique project to be on and Scott has been able to handle all of the tasks asked of him. Scott has gained the confidence of our management team as he was the only AFMS team member to travel to Picatinny Arsenal where he helped both LM and TARDEC integrate functionality."
